With over 5 years of licensed experience in the HOA industry and a background in paralegal studies, I offer unique insights from hands-on management. My journey in real estate spans over two decades, enriched by diverse experiences in various roles. Before starting my brokerage, I spent nearly ten years in escrow and title, gaining invaluable insights into real estate transactions. I also served as a licensed Provisional Community Manager for the Mountains Edge Master Association, where I developed a keen awareness of community standards and homeowner concerns. Through Doctor CCR, I leverage my extensive background to advocate for homeowners facing challenges with their HOAs.
